Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Subliminal Quality collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who we are
Subliminal Quality operates the website at subliminalquality.com and sells digital audio downloads. For any privacy question you can reach us through our contact page.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email address, billing address and the products you purchased. We need this to deliver your downloads, issue receipts and provide support.
- Account information. If you create an account, your username, email and password (stored encrypted — we never see it).
- Payment information. Card and PayPal details are entered directly with our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs to keep the site secure and working.
- Messages. Anything you send us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp, kept so we can answer you and refer back if you write again.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — only if you have opted in — send you occasional emails about new releases. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in every email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with: our payment processors (PayPal and our card provider), our hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Support messages are kept for up to two years.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the shopping cart, checkout and staying logged in, plus basic analytics cookies to understand which pages people use. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout will stop working.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to processing or withdraw consent for marketing emails. Write to us via the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be announced on the site.
