Our products are digital downloads: audio files, digital mandala images, or both, as specified on each product page. During our temporary payment-by-email process, downloads are activated after we confirm payment.
Once access to the purchased files has been made available, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or personal preference, except where required by applicable law.
If a file is corrupted, incomplete compared with the files stated on the product page, or different from the product description, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. The files included with your purchase are those expressly stated on its product page.
We also consider refunds in cases of duplicate payment, a technical issue preventing access to the purchased file, a payment error, or a failed order charged by mistake.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. The 14-day contact period above does not override rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
