Who we are
Subliminal Quality operates the website at subliminalquality.com and sells digital audio downloads. For any privacy question you can reach us through our contact page.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, email address, billing address and the products you purchased. We need this to deliver your downloads, issue receipts and provide support.
- Account information. If you create an account, your username, email and password (stored encrypted — we never see it).
- Payment information. Card and PayPal details are entered directly with our payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs to keep the site secure and working.
- Messages. Anything you send us via the contact form, email or WhatsApp, kept so we can answer you and refer back if you write again.
Why we use it
To process and deliver your order, provide customer support, prevent fraud, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and — only if you have opted in — send you occasional emails about new releases. You can unsubscribe from those at any time using the link in every email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with: our payment processors (PayPal and our card provider), our hosting provider, and our email delivery provider. We do not sell your personal data to anyone, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Support messages are kept for up to two years.
Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the shopping cart, checkout and staying logged in. Matomo analytics is configured without analytics tracking cookies. If you opt out of analytics below, a preference cookie remembers your choice. Blocking all cookies may prevent the cart, checkout, login or opt-out preference from working.
Website analytics
We use Matomo, hosted on our website’s server, to understand visits, traffic sources, approximate visitor locations, popular pages and products, and searches made on this website. This helps us improve the shop and identify products visitors are looking for.
Matomo is configured without analytics tracking cookies. IP addresses are masked, User ID tracking is disabled, and we do not use session recordings. Order identifiers are anonymised in analytics reports. Analytics data stays on our website’s server and is not sent to Matomo’s hosted analytics service or to advertising platforms.
