These terms govern your use of subliminalquality.com and any purchase you make here. By placing an order you accept them.
1. What we sell
Products on this site are digital downloads: audio files, digital mandala images, or both, as specified on each product page. Nothing is shipped physically. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the included files yourself.
2. What you may not do
You may not resell, re-upload, share, distribute, stream publicly, remix or include our files in any other product. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of the creator’s copyright, and will result in your account being closed without refund.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We are temporarily arranging payment by email. Place your order and follow the payment instructions. Downloads are activated after we confirm payment.
4. Delivery
Once we confirm payment, we will activate your downloads and email you. Your files remain available in My account → Downloads. If a link does not work, contact us and we will restore access.
5. Refunds
Our products are digital files. Once access to the purchased files has been made available, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or personal preference, except where required by applicable law. If a file is corrupted, incomplete compared with the files stated on the product page, or different from the product description, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. Duplicate payments, payment errors, failed orders charged by mistake and technical issues preventing access are also covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
7. No guarantees of result
Our products are self-development and wellbeing tools. We make no promise, express or implied, that any particular result will occur. Individual outcomes vary and depend on factors outside our control. See our Disclaimer.
8. Not medical, legal or financial advice
Nothing on this site is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and nothing here is a substitute for professional care. Never delay or stop treatment prescribed by a qualified professional because of anything you read or hear here.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Intellectual property
All audio, artwork and text on this site belongs to its respective creator or to us, and is protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. Any dispute will be handled under the laws applicable at our place of business.
