Shidhra Vyapani Shakti (Ashwini)

We have 3 main points in our charts: the Sun, the Moon, and the Ascendent. Each of these 3 main points fall into a Nakshatra, which has a specific Shakti (power, energy). You can see the Shaktis of these 3 main points as divine gifts, a type of siddhi you have, but without the effort and practice – since you were born with them. The other astrological points also fall into Nakshatras, but the expression of these shaktis tend to be minor when compared to the 3 main points.

The Shidhra Vyapani Shakti of Ashwini Nakshatra represents its unique ability to act swiftly and effectively, bringing healing, vitality, and transformation. Rooted in the mythological essence of the Ashwin Kumars, celestial healers and protectors, this power emphasizes rejuvenation and renewal through decisive, purposeful energy. The Ashwins’ interventions are not slow or incremental but sudden and miraculous, addressing suffering at its core and liberating individuals from stagnation or disease.

This Shakti operates through three primary levels: The basis above is the creatures to be healed, symbolizing the recipient of Ashwini’s transformative aid. The basis below is healing therapies, which reflect the tools or means used to restore balance. The result is freedom from disease—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—facilitating the release of old patterns and the initiation of new vitality. The essence of Ashwini’s Shakti is not about physical cures only but also about restoring harmony and balance, enabling swift transformation in any context.

Ashwini’s energy is deeply connected to the life-force (Prana), which moves with lightning speed to revive, heal, and energize. The nakshatra governs fields that involve rapid and impactful change, such as medicine, innovation, and leadership. Its Shakti brings new beginnings by dissolving stagnation and creating momentum. It is particularly attuned to individuals or situations requiring immediate action, clear insight, and rejuvenation.

For example, someone under Ashwini’s influence might instinctively know the best course of action in a crisis, responding with precision and speed. This energy is catalytic, driving breakthroughs and energizing those it touches.

In my experience as an astrologer, I have noticed people with this Nakshatra generally look younger and have good health, despite habits like heavy drinking, smoking, poor sleep, etc. If they get hurt both physically and mentally, they usually come back to their original state, clearing the entropy that was inside them without much trouble. You can expect becoming somewhat like this as you integrate this field.

2-3 times a day is a good amount. Don’t overuse. Permanent effects.
