The solfeggio frequencies are widely believed to have first been introduced by a Benedictine Monk and music theorist named Guido d’Arezzo in the 10th Century, through a Gregorian chant called “The Hymn To St John The Baptist.” The six original tones of the solfeggio scale (396, 417, 528, 639, 741 and 852 Hz) are all present in it, forming the basis for our modern Do-Re-Mi-Fa-So-La-Ti scales. This track contains none of the actual audible tones, but rather a combination of all the base energetic fields representing the tones, offering a safer, silent alternative to the nine solfeggio frequencies.
